‘Double Xposure’ With Fan Bingbing

The production company of “Double Xposure” has announced the film’s release date and released its first poster featuring actress Fan Bingbing.

“Double Xposure”, which stars Fan, Feng Shaofeng, Huo Siyan, Liang Jing, Kong Wei and Joan Chen, will hit mainland cinemas on September 29.

Fan Bingbing continues her collaboration with director Li Yu, whose 2011 film “Buddha Mountain” earned Fan a best actress award at the Tokyo International Film Festival.

Li said Fan’s role in “Double Xposure” was “complicated and challenging.”

The movie is about a couple played by Fan and Feng, who are separated at the beginning of the film and finally reunite through the revelations in two murder cases.

Concept Poster of ‘The Bullet Vanishes’ Released

The first concept poster of the high-budget detective film “The Bullet Vanishes” (“Xiao Shi De Zi Dan”) has been released.

Actors Nicholas Tse and Sean Lau Ching-wan are featured as lead characters in the movie.

“Painted Skin 2″ starlet Yang Mi and actor Jing Boran are also on the cast list.

With an investment of up to 100 million yuan (US$15.8 million), the movie is regarded as this year’s most anticipated detective film.

“The Bullet Vanishes” is slated for release in August.

HK star Jackie Chan combats child trafficking

Hong Kong action-movie star Jackie Chan has joined forces with UNICEF to combat child trafficking in Myanmar. Chan who also serves as a Goodwill Ambassador for the U.N. Children’s Fund is on a three day visit to raise awareness of child trafficking in the country.
