Fnal poster for the spy-themed film “The Silent War” was released before the movie hits mainland screens on August 10.
To build momentum for the film’s release, a collection of new stills was also unveiled along with the poster. All lead roles appeared in the poster, including Tony Leung, Zhou Xun, Wang Xuebing, Mavis Fan, Dong Yong, Shan Liwen and Lin Wei.

"Good-For-Nothing Heroes" Premier Ceremony

Director Fu Yong, accompanied by actors Suet Lam, Kimi Qiao, Kent Cheng, Christy Chung, Terri Kwan, Shi Yanfei and Leni Yan, attended a premier ceremony for the romance comedy “Good-For-Nothing Heroes” in Beijing.
Kimi Qiao and actress Shi Yanfei pretended to kiss at the premiere ceremony to reproduce their kissing scene from the movie.
“Good-For-Nothing Heroes” revolves around two little-known people who make an amazing turnaround.
The film is scheduled to hit cinemas nationwide on August 3.

"Good-for-Nothing" Releases New Posters and Stills

“Good-for-Nothing Heroes” released posters and stills of Lan Yan and Francis Ng to promote their upcoming film.
Directed by Fu Yong and starring Francis Ng, Lam Suet, Qiao Renliang, Kent Cheng, Christy Chung and Zhou Weitong, the film “Good-for-Nothing Heroes” will debut on August 3.
Qiao Renliang plays the leading role of Peng Da, a rag-and-bone man who accidentally becomes the new boss at a luxury hotel.
Lam Suet portrays Peng Da’s best friend, Long, and Francis Ng plays their opposite as Danny.

The 4th Inter City Music Festival, scheduled to run from August 17 to 19 on Qingdao’s Gold Beach, is expected to attract tens of thousands of music lovers from both home and abroad, a spokesman for the publicity department of the city’s committee of the Communist Party of China said Monday, July 30.
More than 100 artists from the United States, Canada, Germany, France and China will perform during the event, said the spokesman.
In addition, a photo exhibition featuring the development of rock and roll of the United Kingdom over the past five decades is set to be held at the time of the festival, he said.
The first three festivals had been held in Beijing’s Chaoyang Park annually since 2009.
