Film actor Sha Yi will be in screens again, after recently getting married to fellow actress Hu Ke. The pair had officially been dating since last year, after they publicly announced their relationship due to constant pressure from paparazzi.
Sha Yi’s latest film is the urban suspense comedy “One Wrong Step”. Posters of the film are now hitting the streets, which feature Sha Yi and also actress Ye Qing, both in front of cloudy skies and a grim backdrop.
The film relates the story of an unappreciated lawyer Shu Nan portrayed by Sha Yi, who helps a girl sue an irresponsible property developer. During this process they confront a series of traps.
Sha Yi made his name in 2006 TV comedy series “My Own Swordsman,” which received positive and favorable reviews. He will be the sole male lead in the film and plans to make the audience laugh out loud.
The cast also includes Qv Ying, Wu Weidong and Wei Ran.
The film is eyeing a June release.
